Getting Started with Unleashed
Prior to your first service with Unleashed you will need to go through the enrollment process (see below). After becoming enrolled you will gain access to the customer account portal. This enables you to request services, view account history and update your pet's profile.

Please allow, on average, 30 minutes for this meeting. It will depend upon the number of pets you have and the level of detail for their care. This time will be spent getting to know each other, asking questions and exchanging information. Your caregiver will take the time to get acquainted with each of your pets. We will discuss any remarkable information on your enrollment forms and ensure that your needs are communicated completely. We will familiarize ourselves with where your pet supplies are located in your home, as well as other items necessary for service. By the end of our visit we are confident you will be comfortable and can rest assured knowing your pet is in the best of hands while you are away.
Unleashed collects basic information about our clients and their pets for our records. To shorten the enrollment process we can provide forms via email or we will bring a copy to be completed at the time of the enrollment meeting.
During the enrollment process we will provide you with a service contract, copies of all policies and a cost estimate. There is no registration fee unless you require more than one visit prior to service.
Documents, Key & Payment
You will need to provide us a copy of your dog/cat health records from your vet showing that immunizations are up to date. This keeps all pets safe as well as your caregiver. Please be prepared for us to keep this copy for our records and use it in case of an emergency and your vet is not available for care.
Please provide 2 sets of TESTED keys for the entrance we are to use. If you opt for the key retention/lockout service we will keep a copy of your key in a lock box. It will be unmarked for your security. Please Read the Key Retention Policy and Lockout Service portions of this site.

At the time of enrollment you will be given all the information necessary for you to make online reservations for services. Of course you are always free to make reservations over the phone. Either way our web-friendly clients will receive an email confirmation for their service.
